Fill job applications in seconds. You still press submit.

Trabalero is a free job application autofill for Chrome. It fills the employer's own application form from your profile: contact details, work history, education, dates and your CV file. You check every answer, and you press submit.

Free, no account needed. Beta: tell us what breaks.

Firefox is coming. What does it see? →

You've typed your name into enough forms.

Nothing you type here is saved or sent.

How it works

Three steps. The last one is always yours.

  1. Add your profile once.

Type your details into the side panel: contact details, work history, education, skills and languages. Or create a free account and read them in from the CV you already have.

  2. Press Autofill on the application.

Open an application form and press Autofill in the side panel. Trabalero fills the form right there in the page: your jobs and education, the month-and-year dates, your CV file. On a form with several pages, press it once per page.

  3. Check it, then submit.

Every field it found is marked on the page: what it filled, and what it left for you, such as a consent box marked "review manually". When it looks right, submit on the page, or press Submit in the side panel, which presses the form's own button. The application goes only when you press it.

AI drafts it. You review it.

It does the typing. You make the decisions.

Autofill follows one rule: a field left blank is better than a field filled wrong. So it fills what it can verify from your profile, and tells you plainly about the rest.

It fills

  • Name, email, phone and address
  • LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio and website links
  • Work history and education, including several roles and schools
  • Month-and-year date pickers
  • Skills and languages
  • Your CV file, and your cover letter when you've picked one

It leaves for you, unless you choose otherwise

  • Consent and legal boxes. Terms, privacy, "I certify": left for you, marked "review manually". Turn on Consent boxes in Settings and it ticks a single routine box for you, marked so you can check it. It never ticks a group of boxes or a sensitive one.
  • Sensitive questions. Race and ethnicity, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation and gender identity, religion, union membership, and health, including pregnancy. Marked "answer manually". Turn on Self-identification in Settings and it fills your own saved answers. They're never sent to AI.
  • Dropdowns the site doesn't confirm. If the page doesn't register the choice, the field stays empty rather than set wrong.
  • Questions your profile can't answer. Marked for you, or drafted by AI if you ask.
  • The submit button. Always.

Tested on 45 application systems

We measure Trabalero on real application forms, one system at a time, and publish what we find, including where it falls short. Among them: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Workable, Teamtailor, Personio, Recruitee, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.

45 application systems, one tile each, darker where more of the form filled. 22 are at 100% on the posting we tested; the dashed tiles have no measured rate yet.

On 22 of the 43 systems with a measured fill rate, Autofill filled every field the test profile could answer, and filled it correctly, on the posting we tested.

How we measured: the first page of each form, one press of Autofill, a test profile, AI off, nothing submitted. A wrong value counts against the score. Last tested 16–22 September 2026. Workday and Paycor don't have a measured rate yet.

It works on English-language application forms. LinkedIn Easy Apply isn't supported. Sites change their forms, so one can stop working without notice; when that happens, we re-test it and fix what we can.

Sensitive questions are your call. So is the rest.

An extension that fills forms can see forms. Here is what that means with Trabalero.

  1. Your browser · stays on your deviceAutofill reads the form and fills it here. The pages you visit stay in your browser.
  2. Your account · kept in the EUYour profile, applications and documents. There's no employer side: an employer sees your details only when you apply. Export or delete everything from Settings whenever you like.
  3. An AI request you make · leaves the EEASent to Anthropic in the United States, only when you ask, and only what that request needs. Never your CV file.
  4. A payment · leaves the EEAHandled by Stripe. We sell nothing and show no ads.

What it does with sensitive questions

By default Trabalero leaves them for you: not filled, not stored. Turn on Self-identification in Settings and it stores and fills your own answers. They're never sent to AI either way.

Sensitive questions: your call →

AI runs only when you ask.

AI runs only when you ask for it: when you press an AI button, or, if you turn on the optional setting that answers unmatched questions, when you press Autofill. And only while AI processing is on in Settings. Each feature sends only what that request needs. CV files are never sent, only the text read from them.

A free account adds the rest of the job hunt

Autofill needs nothing else. When you want your applications, CVs and letters in one place, create a free account.

Applications

Every application you submit through a filled form is logged for you: company, role, link, date and the profile you used. Move it from Saved to Applied, Interviewing and Offer, and get a nudge when one has gone quiet.

AI, when you want it

Draft answers to the questions your profile can't answer, write a cover letter from the job description, tailor your CV to a posting, or prepare for an interview with one company. AI drafts. You decide.

Profiles

Keep a profile for each kind of role you go for, each with its own CVs and cover letters. The side panel fills from whichever one is active. A free account holds one profile; a pass holds more.

Autofill is free. The AI comes in passes.

Autofill is free forever. It needs no account and has no limit. The AI features cost us money every time they run, so they come in passes: you pay once, the pass lasts a set number of days, and then it simply ends.

Autofill has no end date. A pass lasts a set number of days, then it stops.

Nothing renews. When a pass ends, it ends.

Questions people ask first

Is Trabalero free?

Autofill is free forever, with no account and no limit. The AI features need a pass. A free account also includes a small allowance to try some of them, which doesn't reset. Pricing has the detail.

Does it submit applications for me?

No. Trabalero never submits on its own and never applies in bulk. The side panel's Submit button presses the form's own submit button, and only when you press it.

What does it see?

When you press Autofill, it reads the application form on the page and fills it from your profile. The pages you visit stay in your browser, except for a short excerpt of the job description when you save an application or ask for AI help, the text of questions you send to AI, and a list of the job postings you opened recently (title, company, link and time), so you can find them again. How Trabalero handles your data

Which sites does it work on?

English-language application forms. We test it on 45 application systems, including Workday, Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, and publish how each one scores. LinkedIn Easy Apply isn't supported. See every system

Do I need an account?

Not for Autofill. Install it, add your profile in the side panel, and it works. A free account adds the application tracker, the Resume Builder, your documents, and reading your profile in from your CV. The AI features need an account too.

What happens with sensitive questions?

Questions about race, ethnicity, disability, health, religion, sexual orientation, veteran status or union membership are left for you and marked "answer manually", so you don't miss them. By default Trabalero doesn't fill or store them. Turn on Self-identification in Settings and it fills your own saved answers. They're never sent to AI, whatever you choose.

Does it work on Firefox?

Not yet. Trabalero runs on Chrome today, and a Firefox version is on the way.
