A job application tracker that logs each application for you

When you submit an application Trabalero filled, it lands in your tracker by itself: company, role, link, date and the profile you used. You move it along from there. No spreadsheet to keep up, no second round of typing.

Free. The extension does the logging: Add to Chrome — free beta

After a few dozen applications, the hard part is remembering where each one stands.

Three ways in, and the first one needs nothing from you

Logged as you submit.

Press Autofill on an application, check it, submit it. When you press the form's submit button, whether on the page or with Submit in the side panel, Trabalero logs the application.

One click, when a site hides its submit.

Some forms submit in ways the extension can't see. Open Applications in the side panel and press Add current page: it reads the company, role and link from the tab.

By hand, or from your spreadsheet.

Add an application in the dashboard, with the whole job description if you want it kept. Already tracking in a spreadsheet? Import CSV brings it in.

Add current page sits at the top of the side panel's Applications list, beside the link to the dashboard.

Everything about one application, in one place

Each application has a status you can move with one click: Saved, Applied, Interviewing, Offer. Rejected and Withdrawn close the line when that's how it ends.

Open one and you'll find:

  • the profile you applied with, and whether a cover letter went with it
  • the date you applied, and how many days it has sat in its current status
  • salary, location, work mode, seniority, employment type and the closing date, when you add them
  • your notes
  • the job description, or a short excerpt of it when the application was logged for you
  • a link straight back to the posting

Nudges, not nagging

  • Follow-up nudges. Your dashboard Home points out applications that have gone quiet: saved but never sent, no word since you applied, an interview with no outcome yet, an offer waiting on your answer. Dismiss one and it won't come back while the status stays the same.
  • Interview Prep from the tracker. When an application moves to Interviewing, an Interview prep button appears on it. It brings the profile, CV and job description with it. How Interview Prep works →
  • Find anything. Search by company or role, and filter by status or profile.
  • Tidy up in bulk. Select several applications to archive or delete them at once. Archived ones keep everything and come back with one click.
  • See your pace. Statistics show applications per day over the last 30 days, the days you apply most, your most-applied job titles and which profiles you use. Home keeps a daily target and a streak, if that helps you keep going.

Leave with everything, any time

Export your applications to CSV whenever you like, and export or delete all your data from Settings. Prefer to stay in a spreadsheet for now? Our free job application tracker template has the same columns, so importing it later is one step.

Not ready for an account? The extension keeps a simple list of your applications on this device, in the side panel under Applications. A free account turns it into the full tracker on the dashboard, synced from the extension. A free account shows your most recent applications; a pass raises that limit. Nothing is deleted either way.
