Answer job application questions with AI, then make them yours

Some questions your profile can't answer. For those, Trabalero can draft an answer from your profile and the job description, write it into the field, and mark it as written by AI. You read it, change what you like, and decide whether it goes.

Free to install. AI answers need a free account.

AI drafts it. You review it.

In the form, not in another tab

  1. Press Autofill.

Trabalero fills what your profile can answer and marks the questions it couldn't.

  2. Press AI Answer.

The side panel sends those questions, with the job description and your profile, and writes each draft into its field, marked as an AI answer. One press sends every question at once.

  3. Read every answer.

Change the wording, cut it, or delete it. Then submit when you're happy, and not before.

Trabalero reads the job description from the page when you press Capture from tab, and you can edit it before any AI sees it.

The question under Completed was drafted by AI. It counts as filled, and it's still yours to read before you submit.

Short, specific, and built from what you gave it

  • Grounded in your profile and the job. A question like "What would you bring to this team?" gets a short draft that ties your experience to what the posting asks for.
  • No invented facts. If your profile doesn't hold the answer, the AI is instructed to leave it blank rather than guess.
  • Some facts only you know. Who referred you, your grade average, your nationality or your age band are never sent to the AI at all. Trabalero marks them "answer yourself", because a model asked for one would have to make it up.
  • Dropdowns too. For a question with set options, the AI picks from the form's own list, and the choice is kept only if the site confirms it registered. Otherwise the field stays empty for you.

Answer it once

The first time the AI answers a question, the answer is saved to your Q&A Library. Edit it there until it sounds like you. The next time a form asks the same written question, Autofill fills in your saved answer, with no AI call.

The Q&A Library comes with a pass. Without one, your saved answers are kept and you can delete them, but Autofill doesn't use them until your next pass.

What leaves your browser, and what never does

Sent, when you ask for an answer

The questions, with a dropdown's options, the job description, and your profile. Nothing else.

Never sent

Your CV file. Only text is ever sent, never the file.

AI runs only while AI processing is on in Settings; turn it off there and every AI feature pauses, in the dashboard and in the extension. Requests go from our server in the EU to Anthropic's Claude model in the United States, under Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Anthropic doesn't train its models on what you send through us. How Trabalero handles your data →

Unsure whether to answer the diversity questions at all? Should you answer diversity and disability questions? →

Three things AI never touches

  • Sensitive questions. Race and ethnicity, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation and gender identity, religion, union membership, and health, including pregnancy. Marked "answer manually" and never sent to AI: not by default, not with the Settings opt-in, not ever. Sensitive questions: your call →
  • Consent and legal boxes. Terms, privacy, "I certify". Those are yours to read and tick.
  • The submit button. Trabalero never submits an application on its own.

What it takes

  • The Trabalero extension in Chrome.
  • A free account, with AI processing on in Settings.
  • A pass for regular use. A free account includes a small allowance of AI answers to try it, which doesn't reset. See passes
