Interview preparation for this job, on one page

Interview Prep builds one page for one job: what the company does and how it's seen, what the role asks for and where your experience proves it, the questions they may ask and the ones worth asking them. It's built from your profile, your CV and your notes, and every claim about the company links to where it came from.

Interview Prep comes with a pass. See passes

You got the interview. Now the homework.

Four parts, in the order you'll need them

The company.
An overview, culture and how it's seen, and its competitors.
You.
What you sent them, your stories, why them and why now, weaknesses and gaps, salary, and your deal-breakers.
The position.
The role and the team, what they ask for and your proof of it, your gaps and what to say about them, likely challenges, your first 90 days, and what to study.
The interview.
Format and stages, your case study if there is one, questions they may ask, questions to ask them, what not to forget, and what to do after.

Researched, sourced, and honest about gaps

  • Company facts come with sources. The research reads public sources about the company, and every claim links to where it came from. A claim it can't source is left out, or clearly hedged. If it finds nothing public, the page says so.
  • Roles, not names. The research never looks people up. Tell it "a panel with the head of design and a PM", not who they are.
  • No employee-review sites. The prep never quotes them.
  • Your parts are drafts. "Tell me about yourself" and "The value you bring" are drafted from your profile, CV and notes only, and marked Draft for you to finish in your own words.
  • Your stories, sorted. It pulls stories from your experience and tags them (success, leadership, failure, conflict, fits this role), and prompts you for any kind that's missing.

Start from the application, or paste the job

If the application is in your tracker, start there: when it moves to Interviewing, an Interview prep button appears on it, and the prep brings its profile, CV and job description with it. Or start a new prep and paste the posting.

Add anything your profile and CV don't say, if you like: the interview details, what you know about the company, why you want this job, a story you want to use, and anything you'd like to address, such as a change of field or a year out.

Every prep you make stays in your list, so you can reread it on the morning of the interview. Track every application →

What leaves your browser

For a prep: the company, the job title, the job description, your profile, the text of the CV you pick, and any notes you add. The company research itself uses only the company's name. CV files are never sent, only their text. Sensitive details such as race, health or religion are never sent to AI.

AI runs only when you ask for it, and only while AI processing is on in Settings. Requests go to Anthropic in the United States, which doesn't train its models on what you send through us. How Trabalero handles your data →

What it takes

  • A free account, with AI processing on in Settings.
  • A pass that includes Interview Prep. Nothing renews: a pass lasts a set number of days, then simply ends. See passes
  • At least one CV saved to your account, so the prep knows what you sent them.
